Wunderbook Terms and Conditions

for Access and Use of Wunderbook Services

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT REPRESENTS THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN WUNDERBOOK AND THE USER. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE IRREVOCABLY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE STOP USING THE SERVICES.

These Terms must be read together with the Wunderbook Privacy Policy, which also governs the use of the Wunderbook application.


Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wunderbook excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the application and the use of the application. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude the User’s liability for misinterpretation of information presented in the application
limit the User’s liabilities in any way not permitted under applicable law


General Provisions

This application is owned and operated by Wunderbook. Throughout this document, the terms we, us and our refer to Wunderbook. Wunderbook provides this application, including all information, tools and services, to the User on condition of acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

By installing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any new features or tools added to the Service are also subject to these Terms.

Wunderbook may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Wunderbook website and within the application. Continued use of the Services after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance. Users are not required to reaccept the Terms within the app.


Definitions

Wunderbook – the mobile application and platform owned and operated by Wunderbook.

Provider – Wunderbook or any company using the Wunderbook platform to offer events, classes, memberships, vouchers, gift cards or shop items.

User – any natural person over 16 or any legal entity using the Wunderbook application.

Application – the Wunderbook mobile platform for Android and iOS.

Booking – any reservation or purchase made through Wunderbook including events, classes, memberships, vouchers, gift cards or shop products.

Content – includes information displayed in the application, notifications sent by Wunderbook and data related to Service Providers.

Service Provider – any business offering services or events using a Wunderbook company account.

Communications – any messages sent via email, SMS, telephone, push notification or similar channels containing marketing, updates, promotional information or surveys.

Transaction – any payment or collection arising from the use of the Wunderbook Services.


1. Introduction

1.1 Contracting Parties

These Terms form an agreement between Wunderbook and the User.

1.2 Authority

Both parties confirm they have legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.3 Purpose

Wunderbook provides Users access to booking services offered by independent Service Providers. By using the Services and accepting these Terms, the User forms a binding agreement with Wunderbook.


2. The Right to Use the Services

2.1 Bookings and Conditions

Booking process

A Booking is completed when a User:

selects an event, membership, voucher, gift card or shop item
proceeds through checkout
successfully completes payment

No Provider approval is required unless stated in a specific Provider’s policy.

Booking Fee

All purchases made through Wunderbook include a booking fee of 2 percent. Wunderbook may change this booking fee at any time. Any updated fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Payment Information

Payment information is collected securely by Wunderbook’s authorised payment processor. Users must ensure their payment method is valid and funds are available.

Changing Payment Method

A payment method can only be changed by cancelling a Booking before completing checkout.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation windows, refund rules and no show fees are set entirely by each Service Provider. Wunderbook does not control, manage or enforce cancellation limits.

Users are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy displayed before booking.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods vary by location and platform and may include:

major credit and debit cards
Apple Pay for iOS
Google Pay for Android
PayPal where supported

Provider Cancellation

A Service Provider may cancel a Booking for reasons such as invalid payment or operational issues. Wunderbook may refuse service to any User at any time for any legitimate reason.


2.2 Special Policy

Wunderbook may restrict a User’s access to booking or to certain payment methods if the User’s behaviour negatively affects Service Providers or the platform, including repeated negative feedback.

Users may contact Wunderbook support to request more information regarding any restriction.


2.3 Third Party Applications or Content

Third party technologies integrated with Wunderbook remain the responsibility of their respective owners. Use of such content is entirely at the User’s own risk.


2.4 User Responsibilities

The User agrees to comply with these Terms and is responsible for all activity within their account.

Prohibited activities include:

illegal or abusive behaviour
providing false information or fraudulent payment details
attempting to hack, probe or disrupt Wunderbook systems
behaviour likely to harm Service Providers or the platform

Wunderbook may contact Users with marketing or service related information.


2.5 Requirements for Use

Users must be of legal age and permitted under applicable law to use online services. Users must provide accurate information and maintain secure account access.

Wunderbook is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect User information.


3. Service Quality, Availability and Support

3.1 Service Availability

Wunderbook aims to provide stable, reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, improvements, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Wunderbook’s control.

3.2 Maintenance

Wunderbook may perform planned or unplanned maintenance at any time. Maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. Wunderbook is not required to notify Users or Providers in advance.

3.3 Error Reporting

Users must report errors to Wunderbook support by email and provide sufficient information for troubleshooting.

3.4 Support

Wunderbook provides basic technical support on business days during standard working hours. Support is available via the email address provided within the application.


4. Security

4.1 Data Ownership

Users retain rights to their own data. Wunderbook may retain anonymized or statistical data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2 Confidentiality

User privacy is important to Wunderbook and is governed by the Privacy Policy.


5. Special Disclaimer

Wunderbook provides the Services as is and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error free operation, data security or data retention. No guarantee is made that the application will be free from risks, vulnerabilities or disruptions.


6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Wunderbook is not liable for damages except in extremely limited cases involving proven serious negligence or intentional misconduct.

6.2 Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of either party suspend obligations for the duration of the event. This includes regulatory changes affecting service delivery.

6.3 Additional Circumstances

Wunderbook is not responsible for:

unauthorized third party access to data
internet transmission vulnerabilities
service unavailability caused directly or indirectly by the User


7. Cancellation and Suspension

Users may stop using the Services at any time. Wunderbook may suspend access without notice if these Terms are violated. When attempting to log in, the User will be notified of the suspension and the reason.


8. Intellectual Property

All content within the application is the exclusive property of Wunderbook or licensed Providers. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use this content without written consent.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wunderbook is headquartered. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or through the appropriate courts.

The prevailing party in legal proceedings may recover its reasonable costs including legal fees.


10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between the parties.

No change or waiver is valid unless agreed in writing. Failure by Wunderbook to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.


Acknowledgment of Terms

By using the application, the User confirms that they:

(a) have read this Agreement
(b) understand its terms
(c) agree voluntarily to be bound by it

  • Total Users: Represents everyone who has ever booked an event.

  • Current Members: Active memberships at present.

  • New Users: Users who booked an event in the current month.

  • Event Revenue: Total revenue from events booked.

  • Membership Revenue: Revenue from memberships purchased.

  • Total Bookings: List of all bookings for the month.

  • At-Risk Users: Users who have not booked in the last 2 to 8 weeks.

  • Completed Memberships: Users who completed their membership in the last 30 days.

  • Click on Total Users to view detailed information.

  • Check for memberships and bookings associated with each user.

4. Reviewing Revenue and Bookings 1:36

  • Review Event Revenue and Membership Revenue to track financial performance.

  • Note any bookings that have been cancelled or refunded.

  • Export at-risk users or total users for further contact.
