Yes. Wunderbook has no monthly subscription fees, no setup fees and no contracts for your business.
Instead, customers pay a small 2% booking fee when they make a booking. Your business only pays the standard Stripe payment-processing fee.
That means you can use Wunderbook to manage your bookings, memberships, schedules and customers without paying a monthly software fee.
How quickly can I set up?
You can register with Wunderbook, set up your business and be ready to take bookings in under 15 minutes.
The longest part is usually connecting your Stripe account. If you already have Stripe set up, you could be ready to start taking bookings in half that time.
Can I move over from my current booking system?
Yes. Moving to Wunderbook is simple, and our team can help you every step of the way.
We’ve already helped countless businesses switch from other booking systems seamlessly, including moving over schedules, memberships and vouchers (even half used ones).
Once you’re set up, you can simply share your new Wunderbook booking link with your customers and you’re ready to go.
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers can book directly through your Wunderbook booking link on their phone or computer — no app download is required.
If they prefer, they can also use the Wunderbook app for an even quicker booking experience.
Can I sell memberships and session packs?
Yes. Wunderbook lets you sell recurring memberships, multi-session packs and one-off bookings, giving your customers flexible ways to book.
You can create the options that suit your sauna business and manage everything directly from your dashboard.
Can I set cancellation rules and waivers?
Yes. Wunderbook lets you set your own cancellation rules and require customers to accept waivers before booking.
This helps protect your business, reduce last-minute cancellations and make sure customers understand your terms before they attend.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and paid directly into the bank account connected to your Stripe account.
Wunderbook doesn’t hold your money — your payments go through Stripe, and you can manage your payouts directly from your Stripe dashboard.
